Community Literacy Program

GAGAL is offering literacy and numeracy support to local residents who are interested in seeking employment or further study. Funded by the Queenland Government's Skilling Queenslanders for Work initiative, this free program is ideal for job seekers who need their literacy and/or numeracy skills improved in order to secure employment.

The program involves an initial assessment to determine a particiapnt's individaul needs and then up to 7 weeks intensive support.

If you are interested in improving your reading and writing skills in a friendly, supportive environment or know somebody who does, then our community literacy program may be for you.
