Apprentice and Trainee Services
Apprentices and trainees play an important role in the development of both a business and the community it services. Unfortunately most companies don’t feel they have the time or resources to provide training for a new employee or don’t think they can guarantee four years of work for the duration of training.
The services provided by GAGAL allow an employer to take on an apprentice or trainee without having to worry about the administration or risks involved. GAGAL will:
- take care of all the paper work
- organise all registered training
- pay all wages and oncost then invoice you weekly
- monitor the progress of the apprentice or trainee and provide specialised support and assistance for the full term of the training program
As the indenturing employer, it is our responsibility to ensure the continuation of employment and training. If a host employer runs out of work they are only required to give GAGAL one week notice for the return of an apprentice or trainee.
GAGAL works closely with business and industry interests in the area and has established close relationships with major employers such as Anglo Coal, Bechtel and BMA Blackwater mine.
