Apprentice & Trainee Services Capabilities

GAGAL provides quality recruitment and training opportunities for potential apprentices and trainees in the Central Queensland Region as well as flexible hosting arrangements for industry. GAGAL will employ and manage your apprentices and trainees from commencement to completion or for specified short periods depending on your requirements.

GAGAL will manage:

• The recruitment of quality applicants for apprenticeships and traineeships
• Industry specific aptitude testing to ensure the best fit
• All legislative requirements
• The monitoring of performance and training
• The maintenance of training records
• All payroll and entitlements
• Any disciplinary measures if necessary
• Alternate work placement (if required) to ensure full exposure to all aspects of the trade
• Liaise and network with various government agencies to ensure compliance with legislative changes. The agencies include but are not limited to:

•  Australian Apprenticeship Centres
• Supervising Registered Training Organisations
• The Department of Education and Training
• The Department of Education, Employment and Workplace Relations
• Manufacturing Skills Queensland
• Energy Skills Queensland
• Construction Skills Queensland, etc
