1.         You must include a full resume which includes school results, work experience, references and any other relevant information.
2.         This form and attached documentation will be held for 6 months only.  If you have not reapplied within the 6 month period, all documentation will be destroyed after 6 months.
3.         You must separately apply for any advertised positions which appear in the media, and address the criteria for those positions.  This application will not be used for advertised positions.
4.         If required, you may be called for an aptitude test and interview to assist our selection process even if a vacancy does not exist.
