I just wanted to take the time to thank your Field Officers; Adriana,
Tania, Glenda and Dina for their assistance in arranging last week’s monitoring visits.

The apprentices of the above Field Officers were all up to date with their training records and seemed to be very happy with the services provided by GAGAL and their host employers.

Myself and Kristy appreciated the organisation of the Field Officers in both Gladstone and Biloela; making for a very smooth day while visiting
12 apprentices in Gladstone and 16 in Biloela.

Also a special thanks to Glenda for showing us around Biloela and accompanying us on our visits in her area.

I look forward to working with your staff again when I'm back in the Gladstone area.
